Orchestral Supplies Australia is pleased to provide a warranty on all instruments within our catalogue of leading brands.

This warranty covers all manufacturing defects (either in the materials or construction) for the stated warranty period (see below). This warranty is in addition to the consumer protections set out by the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA).

Your first point of contact for all warranty claims should always be the authorised dealer from whom you purchased the instrument. It is recommended that you retain your invoice or receipt as proof of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

• Instruments purchased from overseas.
• Instruments purchased within Australia, but from non-authorised dealers.
• Damage or wear resulting from accidents or deliberate, negligent or accidental misuse.
• Damage or wear resulting from external corrosive substances (such as perspiration) or extreme environments (such as high temperatures, salinity or humidity).
• Damage or loss occurring during transit.
• Normal instrument wear and tear.
• Normal maintenance costs (such as annual servicing).
• Deterioration of “consumables” (such as felts, corks and pads), except in very limited circumstances.

All warranty repairs must be carried out by OSA authorised repairers. For your closest authorised repairer, please email service@orchestralsuppliesaustralia.com.au. Please include the following details:

• The brand, model and serial number of the instrument, 
• The place of purchase (authorised dealer name),
• The date of purchase and invoice/receipt reference number, and 
• The city in which you live (so that we may recommend an authorised repairer in your local area). 

OSA reserves the right to charge you for parts, labour and ancillary costs associated with rectification work if the fault is not a result of a manufacturing defect.
